1. Start Powerpoint
2. Click on the 'File' menu (office button)
3. Click on 'Open...'
4. Navigate to where you saved the downloads. For CD-ROMs, Navigate to your CD-ROM drive (normally D:)
5. Navigate to the color directory of your choice (eg blue)
Powerpoint 97 / 2000 users need to change the 'Files of type' drop-down,
from 'Presentations and Shows (*.ppt;*.pps)' to 'Presentation Templates (*.pot)'
6. Click on the file name of your choice (eg. clouds)
7. Click on 'Open'. Powerpoint will then open the file.
8. That's it. It really is that simple!
